Hip Lift

DESCRIPTION

Lying on your back, raise your legs so so your toes are pointing towards the sky. Gently lift your hips up and down off the mat in a smooth motion. Repeat 10-12 times.


 

WANT TO MAKE IT HARDER OR EASIER?

Once you have completed the hip lift engage your core and extend your legs out and lower them. Now from this almost fully extended position, raise your legs up in the air again and complete the hip lift.

To relax your neck!
