DESCRIPTION

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet hip-width apart. Rest your hands on the back of your head ensuring you’re not putting any pressure on your neck. Draw your belly button into your spine and concurrently raise your knee towards the opposite elbow. Switch sides and repeat.
