Abdominal Supine Twist

DESCRIPTION

This exercise is not only great for the abdominals but is such a good stretch for the lower back. Lying on your back, bend your knees for a 45 degree angle and twist from the hips. Left to right is one rep. Repeat 10-12 times.


 

WANT TO MAKE IT HARDER OR EASIER?

Too easy?

Extend your feet away from your legs. 

Too hard? 

Bring those feet in closer towards you.
