Swiss Ball V Pass

DESCRIPTION

Lay on the fitness mat and hold the swiss ball above your head. In one motion, lift your arms and legs off the ground, placing the ball between your legs and lowering both arms and legs back down to the ground. Repeat by passing the ball from your legs back to your arms. Repeat 10-12 times.


 

WANT TO MAKE IT HARDER OR EASIER?

This exercise is a killer but if you’re up for more of a challenge, lift your upper body higher to intensify the ‘crunch’ motion, keeping those legs and arms straight at all times. Bend your knees for a little less intensity.
